Oswego East won the last time they faced Plainfield Central and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wolves came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

While Oswego East won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-22.

Oswego East's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava South led the charge by getting 13 assists and six digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Laila Mossey, who had seven digs and two assists.

Despite the defeat, Plainfield Central had strong showings from Isabella Ricketts, who had six digs and three aces, and Olivia Howard, who had five digs and two aces.
