  Brooklyn Roadenbaugh put in work while hitting and pitching. She  struck out 12 batters over  six innings while giving up  six earned  (and four unearned) runs off   ten  hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Vision unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost  17-1 to New Plymouth on Tuesday.
