Polo was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against South Holt on Friday. The Panthers blew past the Knights 13-5. Considering the Panthers have won five contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Polo's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for South Holt, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 8-2 record.

Polo wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 4-3 win against Plattsburg on the 19th. As for South Holt, they have also already played their next matchup, a 9-5 victory against Crest Ridge on the 19th.
