Waukesha West has won ten straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Brookfield East has won ten straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much  on Thursday. The Wolverines will host the Spartans  at 7:00  p.m. Both come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
Waukesha West is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Saturday. They walked away with  a   3-1  victory over Watertown.
 While Waukesha West might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Watertown scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 23-25, 27-25,  25-20.

 Waukesha West can attribute much of their success to   Gracie Fregien, who  had 20  digs and seven  assists, and   Ireland Zyzo, who  had 16  kills and 16  digs. Those  16  digs gave  Zyzo a new career-high.
Meanwhile, Brookfield East got the win against Muskego  on Saturday by a conclusive  3-0.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20,  25-16.
 Waukesha West better focus on containing  Hailey Dooyema and  Izzy Green as the pair were huge in Brookfield East's win. Dooyema  had 14  digs and one assist, while  Green  had five  digs and two  aces.
 Brookfield East's win bumped their record up to 37-9. As for Waukesha West, their victory bumped their record up to 30-11.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of  Thursday's  contest:  Waukesha West hasn't let much over the net this season,  having  averaged 4.2  blocks per game. It's a different story for Brookfield East, though, as  they've been averaging  only 1.9  blocks. Given Waukesha West's sizable advantage in that area, the Spartans will need to find a way to close that gap.
