The Norristown Eagles are taking a road trip to face off against the Boyertown Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Norristown and eight for Boyertown.

Meanwhile, a win for Boyertown just wasn't in the cards on Friday as the squad wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They came up short against Spring-Ford, falling 31-6.
Boyertown wouldn't let Spring-Ford keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Boyertown can thank Leo Martinez and Tilman Henley for forcing both of them. The dominant performance also gave Henley a new career-high in rushing yards. Another thorn in Spring-Ford's side was Logan Oakes, who made five total tackles (1.5 for loss) and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.
Norristown's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Boyertown, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.
