Oakman had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They put the hurt on the Donoho Falcons with a sharp 9-3 victory. Considering the Wildcats have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Oakman's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Donoho, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.

Coming up, Oakman will square off against Elkmont at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Donoho, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 17-4 loss against Childersburg on the 25th.
