Derek Rodriguez put up the most runs he's had since back in March on Friday. He went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one triple, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Vela: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 10-11 otherwise.
