Jaden Gilbert and Jackson Jones did most of the damage at the plate: Gilbert went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double, while Jones went 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Those three RBI gave Jones a new career-high. Tyler Stigall was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Paoli, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over Orleans on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won five contests by six runs or more so far this season.
