The Rock put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season on Thursday. Everything went their way against Union County as The Rock made off with a 77-55 victory. Given The Rock's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 28th, while the Fightin' Tigers are ranked 463rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, after only 25 points in their last contest, Trenton made sure to put some points up on the board against the Rams on Tuesday. Trenton enjoyed a cozy 60-43 win over the Rams.
Trenton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mason VunCannon, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Tyler Bullis, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
The victory (which was The Rock's third in a row) raised their record to 17-7. As for Trenton, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.
