Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Heart Butte, and their contest last Saturday only extended their streak of losses to eight. They were completely outmatched, falling 12-47 to Valier. The state rankings had actually given Heart Butte a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Power/Dutton-Brady took the match and then some with a 58-19 win over Heart Butte the last time the two teams met. The rematch might be a little tougher for Power/Dutton-Brady since the team won't have home-field advantage.
