Oxford will take on Prouty at home at 4:15 PM on Saturday. Prouty will need to watch out since Oxford have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.
Oxford put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season last Saturday. Everything came up roses for them against Quaboag Regional as the team secured a 36-0 victory. The victory was familiar territory for Oxford, who now have five in a row.
Meanwhile, we expected Prouty to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Northbridge, and they did. Prouty have to be aching after a bruising 12-40 loss to Northbridge.
Oxford's win lifted them to 5-0 while Prouty's defeat dropped them down to 3-2. We'll see if Oxford's success rolls on or if Prouty are able to steal their positive momentum.
