Hunt and Beddingfield are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2018, but not for long. The Hunt Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Beddingfield Bruins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hunt, yet to win a game, are hoping to taste some of the success that has characterized Beddingfield's (thus far) undefeated season.
Hunt struggled with offensive rebounds on Friday (Nash Central had 1000% more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Hunt took a 39-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of Nash Central. While losing is never fun, Hunt can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 356th, while Nash Central is ranked 122nd).
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Aiyana Harrison, who scored 14 points along with 3 steals and 3 blocks.
Meanwhile, Beddingfield strolled past Fike with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 47-29.
The last time Hunt won on the road was back last Tuesday. Having now lost three straight away matches, they've bumped their record down to 0-4. As for Beddingfield, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.
