Hadlee Painter was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring three runs while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in runs.
In other batting news, Lyric Sandlin was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. She is also on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.
