Otis and Stratton squared off in some playoff action  on Saturday, but Otis had to settle for second. They fell  10-6 to the Stratton Eagles. Otis was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Stratton apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in April.

 Thorn wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  six players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Gavin Price, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Paxton Davis, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-2.
 Like Otis, Stratton also got a great game from a two-way player:  Ethan Bohnen. On the mound, he  tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Bohnen was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 In other batting news, Stratton let  Cyler Notter and  Grady Steerman loose on the outfield. Notter  scored a  run and  stole three bases while going 1-for-3, while  Steerman  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 This is  the second loss in a row for Otis and  nudges their season record down to 14-6. As for Stratton, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won nine of their last 11 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record  this season.
 As of now, neither Otis nor Stratton have any future games scheduled.
