Softball Recap: Allen East Wins Going Away Against Spencerville

Allen East won the last time they faced Spencerville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Mustangs blew past the Bearcats 14-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Aniya Prowant was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Harper Friesner, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI.

Allen East's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 5-12. As for Spencerville, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-15.

Allen East does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Spencerville, they will take on Paulding in a tournament on Wednesday.
