The Hillcrest Vikings entered their tilt with the Booker T. Washington Warriors with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Hillcrest walked away with a 66-58 win over Booker T. Washington on Friday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
It was another big night for Jordan Allen, who scored 35 points. The contest was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mario Jones, who scored 7 points.
Hillcrest's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Booker T. Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillcrest's road trip will continue as they head out to face Osceola at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th. As for Booker T. Washington, they will take on Melrose at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Melrose focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Friday.
