Despite the loss, Parkersburg Christian still got an impressive performance from Alexander Fluharty, who scored 26 points along with eight rebounds. Fluharty is crushing the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Joe Johnson was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with five assists and two steals.
Wood County Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Parkersburg Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.
Wood County Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against the Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkersburg Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against the at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
