Kaneland is a perfect 10-0 against Morris since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Knights are taking a road trip to take on the Redskins at 4:30 p.m.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last three times Kaneland and Sycamore have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Monday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Spartans who were credited with the victory. Sycamore got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Kaneland's one. The loss continues a trend for Kaneland in their meetings with Sycamore: they've now lost three in a row.

Kaneland will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Morris extended their winning streak to three on Monday. The Redskins came out on top against Rochelle by a score of 3-1.

Kenzie Ahearn and Makensi Martin scored all three of Morris' goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Morris' win bumped their record up to 8-2-1. As for Kaneland, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-2.

Kaneland took their victory against Morris in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
