Wellington-Napoleon's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isabelle Miller, who scored 10 points along with 6 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kaylin Ellensohn, who scored 9 points.
Odessa's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Wellington-Napoleon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
