Sheldon has been on the road for three straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Liberal Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though Sheldon has not done well against Jefferson Independent Day recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Sheldon came out on top against Jefferson Independent Day by a score of 55-43. The win was just what Sheldon needed coming off of a 62-33 loss in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, Liberal didn't have too much trouble with Jasper on the road on Saturday as they won 52-38. The win was just what Liberal needed coming off of a 52-23 loss in their prior contest.
Sheldon's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-5. As for Liberal, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-9 record this season.
