After two games on the road, Englewood Stem is heading back home. They will take on the Simeon Wolverines at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Englewood Stem suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. They were beaten by Curie 86-44. While losing is never fun, Englewood Stem can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 439th, while Curie is ranked third).
Meanwhile, Simeon pushed their score all the way to 55 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 68-55 to iSchool of Lewisville.
Englewood Stem has not been sharp recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season. As for Simeon, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
