The Parkwood Wolf Pack won against the Buford Yellowjackets  last Friday with 59  points and they decided to stick to that  point total again  on Tuesday. Parkwood walked away with  a   59-47  win over Buford. The  win made it back-to-back wins for Parkwood.
 Parkwood's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Cameron McKinney , who  scored 20 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which  McKinney  has scored at least 25% of Parkwood's points.  Greg Vinson was another key contributor,  scoring 14 points.
 Several Yellowjackets players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Aaron Morris, who  scored 20 points. The  contest was  Morris' third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Riley Turner, who  scored nine points.
 The  victory  got Parkwood back to even at 4-4. As for Buford, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkwood will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Mount Pleasant at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. One thing working in Mount Pleasant's favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last three matches. Buford and Catawba Ridge will face off  at 6:30  p.m.  on December 28th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Catawba Ridge is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 64.7  points per game.
