Volleyball Recap: Pickerington North's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home

Pickerington North won the last time they faced Thomas Worthington and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers came out on top against the CARDINALS by a score of 2-0.

While Pickerington North might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Thomas Worthington scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20.

Pickerington North's offense was headlined by Rasherly Caceres and Kayla Diederich, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Madison Smith and her 16 assists. Paige Swisher controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Pickerington North's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-4. As for Thomas Worthington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Pickerington North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Dublin Coffman on the 2nd. As for Thomas Worthington, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Grove City on the 2nd.
