The River Road Wildcats's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Follett Panthers at 2:30 p.m. on December 7th.
River Road pushed their score all the way to 58 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 59-58 to Boys Ranch. River Road has not had much luck with Boys Ranch recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Meanwhile, Follett didn't have too much trouble with Booker on the road on Tuesday as they won 50-36.
Follett's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Reyna Rosales led the charge by scoring 20 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Rosales has scored at least 25% of Follett's points. Gabriella Barton was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 4 steals.
Blue Ridge's win bumped their season record to 0-0 while River Road's loss dropped theirs to 3-7.
