Veritas Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brooke Miller led the charge by scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Miller hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Aunica Tomlinson, who scored 12 points along with six steals.
United Faith Christian Academy's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-13. As for Veritas Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 10-5 with that win, which was their 14th straight at home.
Tuesday's match is shaping up to be a masterclass in shooting: United Faith Christian Academy have been dynamite from deep this season, having only made 35.4% of their threes per game.
