The Garfield Heights Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Bedford Bearcats, and things went their way on Saturday too. Garfield Heights slipped by Bedford 45-44.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Garfield Heights to victory, but perhaps none more so than Stacia Mobley, who scored ten points. Another player making a difference was Dream Lowe, who scored 11 points.
Garfield Heights' victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Bedford, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Garfield Heights will take on South at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bedford, they will head out on the road to square off against Warrensville Heights at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
