Last Friday, things could have been worse for Concord Christian Academy, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 60-43 loss to the Falcons. Concord Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Fairwinds Christian came up short against the Patriots on Monday and fell 64-53. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Fairwinds Christian in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost five in a row.
Despite their defeat, Fairwinds Christian saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Levi Rajis, who scored 15 points along with two steals, was perhaps the best of all. It was the first time this season that Rajis scored 15 or more points. Daniel Evans was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Concord Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Fairwinds Christian, they dropped their record down to 6-7 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Concord Christian Academy have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 26.2 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Fairwinds Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 24.4 rebounds per game.
