Jackson Boykin Goes Supernova in South Choctaw Academy Victory
South Choctaw Academy picked up their eighth consecutive win on Thursday thanks in part to Jackson Boykin. Boykin turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 147 yards and three touchdowns. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played.
South Choctaw Academy pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Boykin and South Choctaw Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Morgan Academy on Friday.

Southern Academy had to settle for second on Friday, but Cason Sexton sure wasn't going down easily. Sexton was unstoppable, rushing for 206 yards and a touchdown.

A Season-Best Effort from Drew Rogers Leads Southern Academy over Wilcox Academy
Southern Academy came up short on Friday despite Drew Rogers delivering his best game to date. Rogers threw for 260 yards and two touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes, and also rushed for 44 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
On the season, Rogers has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 158.7 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 2.78 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 13.89 rushing yards.
