The Camden County Bruins's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 51-24 loss at the hands of First Flight. When it comes to explaining why Camden County lost, one person who can't be blamed is Amaya Demps. Despite the final result, she scored seven points.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Camden County struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as First Flight racked up 17 assists.

Camden County bumped their record down to 1-8 with that loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for First Flight, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Camden County will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Northeastern at 5:30 p.m. on January 12th. As for First Flight, they will face off against Hertford County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
