Whitehall/Willow Creek lost against the Jefferson Panthers back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Whitehall/Willow Creek ended up on the wrong side of a tough 63-39 walloping at the hands of the Panthers. Whitehall/Willow Creek has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
It was another big night for Colt Tietje, who scored 29 points along with six assists for Jefferson. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Tietje has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kael Hesford, who scored 11 points.
Whitehall/Willow Creek now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Jefferson, they pushed their record up to 10-5 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home.
Whitehall/Willow Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Jefferson will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Hornets at 5:30 p.m. White Sulphur Springs comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
