Meanwhile, Lumen Christi Catholic put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season on Saturday. They blew past Millington, posting a 35-7 win at home. Given Lumen Christi Catholic's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 26th, while Millington is ranked 90th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Menominee's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Lumen Christi Catholic, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with that win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.
