The Mountain View Christian Academy Conquerors can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 44-19 margin over Fresta Valley Christian. The win was just what Mountain View Christian Academy needed coming off of a 47-16 defeat in their prior contest.
Mountain View Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ayden Quick, who scored 17 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Josiah Walker, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Mountain View Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Fresta Valley Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Mountain View Christian Academy will take on Highland View Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Mountain View Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Friday. Fresta Valley Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
