The Ridgeway Roadrunners have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 27 points or more this season. They took their contest on the road on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 68-31 victory over Tyner Academy.
Ridgeway's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Marlon McShane led the charge by scoring 16 points along with four steals. The game was McShane's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Emanuel Allen, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds.
Ridgeway's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Tyner Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-1.
Ridgeway won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against White Station at 6:00 p.m. on December 21st. White Station is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. Tyner Academy and Red Bank will round out the year against one another at TBD on Thursday at. Red Bank has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 683 points over their last ten games.
