Pella was the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. Everything went their way against Mt. Pleasant on Friday as they made off with a 35-6 win. The margin was wide but not a surprise since Pella are ranked far ahead of Mt. Pleasant in the MaxPreps state rankings. The game brought Pella to 2-0 and dropped Mt. Pleasant to a mirror-image 0-2.
Next week, Pella take on Norwalk at 4:45 PM. Mt. Pleasant will look to defend their home turf next week against Central Lee at 7:00 PM.
