Spring Valley won the last time they faced Parkersburg South and things went their way on Saturday too. The Timberwolves walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Patriots.

Emma Edwards paced Spring Valley's offense, picking up six kills. Edwards got some help from Avery Ellis and her 11 assists. Ellis was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Spring Valley's win bumped their record up to 30-12-7. As for Parkersburg South, their loss dropped their record down to 12-15-1.

Spring Valley has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against St. Albans on the 25th. As for Parkersburg South, they will be playing at home against Riverside at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
