The Menlo School Knights can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They never let Priory onto the board and left with a 4-0 victory. Given Menlo School's advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 271st, while Priory is ranked 986th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Menlo School hit Priory with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Eric Schmidtke (2),
Alessandro Velazquez, and
Gabriel Gil.
Menlo School has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3-3 record this season. As for Priory, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9-1.
Menlo School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Priory also has no future games currently scheduled.
