Triumph Charter put the finishing touches on their 19th blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 80-35 victory over Lakeview Charter at home. Triumph Charter pushed the score to 61-26 by the end of the third, a deficit the Lions had no chance of recovering from.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Triumph Charter to victory, but perhaps none more so than Antonio Garcia III, who scored 21 points. Garcia III hasn't dropped below 21 points for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Oswaldo Araiza, who scored 19 points.
Meanwhile, Diego Rivera didn't have too much trouble with the Phoenix on the road on Friday as they won 61-47. The victory was just what Diego Rivera needed coming off of a 95-60 defeat in their prior game.
