On Friday, Dupree is packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Timber Lake at 7:00 PM. Timber Lake will be strutting in after a win while Dupree will be stumbling in from a loss.
Last Friday, Dupree couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 0-34 walloping at Bison hands.
Meanwhile, Timber Lake took care of business in their home opener. They blew past Faith 44-14. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-0.
Dupree's defeat took them down to 0-1 while Timber Lake's victory pulled them up to write [team] current record. A win for Dupree would reverse both their bad luck and Timber Lake's good luck. We'll see if Dupree manages to pull off that tough task or if Timber Lake keeps their momentum going instead.
