The Presentation Panthers will face off against the Silver Creek Raiders at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.
Presentation is headed out to face Silver Creek after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over Castilleja on Wednesday.

Allie Malatesta made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. Malatesta was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2025.
In other batting news, Presentation got a massive performance out of Leah Escolar, who went 1-for-3 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those four stolen bases gave Escolar a new career-high. Audrey Kang was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Silver Creek had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They never let Lynbrook get on the board and left with a 21-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won three in a row.
Like Presentation, Silver Creek also got a great game from a two-way player: Evangelina Cuevas. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Cuevas was also big at the plate, going 4-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jessenia 'Taco' Garcia, who went 3-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Malerie Ramirez, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Silver Creek always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .718. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lynbrook only posted an OBP of .167.
Presentation was able to grind out a solid win over Silver Creek in their previous matchup back in May of 2021, winning 6-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
