Volleyball Recap: Monday's Win Is Parkland's Ninth in Last Ten Outings

Parkland won the last time they faced Louis E. Dieruff and things went their way on Monday too. The Trojans blew past the Huskies 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-20, 25-11.

Parkland was led to victory by Zoey Leach and Chloe Coonradt. Leach had nine digs and three assists, while Coonradt had 12 digs and two assists. Those three assists gave Leach a new career-high.

Parkland was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in ten consecutive matches.

Parkland has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7-1 record this season. As for Louis E. Dieruff, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
