While Saturday's  victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman  Rosie Dixon. Jefferson had no answer to  Dixon  on Saturday as she   tossed five innings while giving up just one earned run off   four  hits.
 Dixon and South Effingham will have plenty of time to enjoy the  win as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on Pierce County at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. South Effingham has been  dominating on the road and they'll enter the  contest having won three straight away games dating back to last season.
