Benjamin Logan is 1-7 against Kenton Ridge since May of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Raiders are taking a road trip to face off against the Cougars at 5:15 p.m.
The scorekeeper got an easy start on Thursday as neither Benjamin Logan nor London made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Raiders came up short against the Red Raiders, falling 10-4.

Adilynne Gregg spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and eight unearned) runs on 13 hits and racked up eight Ks. Those eight strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
On the hitting side, Tanna Jacobs was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Brielle Kline, who went 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kenton Ridge). They put the hurt on Urbana with a sharp 17-7 win on Wednesday. That's two games straight that the Cougars have won by exactly ten runs.
Ivee Rastatter made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 15 batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and five unearned) runs off six hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 4-for-5 with three RBI and two doubles. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in May of 2025.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brenna Fyffe, who went 2-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Chloe Glass, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one run.
Kenton Ridge always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .548. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matchups.
Kenton Ridge's record now sits at 10-0. As for Benjamin Logan, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
Friday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Benjamin Logan hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .317. However, it's not like Kenton Ridge struggles in that department as they've averaged .373. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Benjamin Logan suffered a grim 10-0 defeat to Kenton Ridge in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Can the Raiders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
