The Bridge Creek Bobcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight defeat. The contest between them and Marlow wasn't particularly close, with Bridge Creek falling 64-46. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Bridge Creek has scored all season.
Marlow got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Parker Boyles out in front who scored 19 points along with five assists. Boyles hasn't dropped below 15 points for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Blayd Harris, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Bridge Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Marlow, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-5.
Bridge Creek will head out on the road to square off against the Dragons at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marlow, they will be playing at home against the Indians at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Comanche is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
