Everything went South Shelby's way against Putnam County on Friday as they made off with a 44-20 win. South Shelby was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 1-1.
South Shelby will look to defend their home turf next week against Macon at 7:00 PM. Putnam County will look to defend their home turf next week against South Harrison at 7:00 PM.
