Pinewood Prep kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Savannah Bluejackets, falling 21-0.

Pinewood Prep lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kais Parris, who dropped a double-double with 31 points and 15 rebounds. He has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times he's played. Jonathan Slawson was another key player, almost dropping a triple-double with 17 points, nine boards, and nine assists.
