Mt. Edgecumbe won the last time they faced Grace Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. The Braves came out on top against the Grizzlies by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Braves.

Mt. Edgecumbe walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-15, 21-25, 26-24.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 8-14-1. As for Grace Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-16-1 record this season.

Mt. Edgecumbe will square off against Mountain City Christian Academy at 2:40 p.m. on Friday. As for Grace Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Houston at 6:30 p.m. on the 21st.
