When it comes to explaining why Seneca Valley lost on Thursday, one person who can't be blamed is Bryan Sowell. Despite the final result, he scored 14 points along with nine rebounds. That's the first time this season that Sowell pulled down eight or more rebounds.

Seneca Valley and Loch Raven will round out the year against one another at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday at. Loch Raven will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
