After soaring high against Keokuk last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Burlington came up short against Clinton, falling 14-27. The contest pushed Burlington down to 1-2 and pulled Clinton up to the reverse at 2-1.
Burlington will look to defend their home turf next week against Fort Madison at 7:30 PM. As for Clinton, they will face off against Wahlert.
