There's no place like home for the Prairiland Patriots, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Tuesday. They strolled past Rivercrest with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 48-29. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Prairiland also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2022.
Defeat or not, Rivercrest got some senior leadership from Maggie Jean who scored 12 points along with 9 rebounds and Anna Duvall who scored 14 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Jean continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.
Prairiland is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Rivercrest, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
Prairiland will square off against Chisum at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rivercrest, they will face off against Paris at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.
