Hall hasn't had much luck against Princeton recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Red Devils will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Hall is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Monmouth-Roseville with a sharp 16-6 win on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Red Devils as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Madison Krewer spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and four unearned) runs on nine hits and racked up seven Ks.

On the hitting side, Bernie Larsen was a standout: she went 4-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Charlie Pellegrini, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs and two RBI.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Hall kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, while Princeton put up plenty of runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Bloomington Central Catholic. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Saints. Considering the Tigers have won ten contests by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Avah Oertel and Izzy Gibson did most of the damage at the plate: Oertel went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base, while Gibson went 3-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. That triple was Gibson's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Keely Lawson, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs.
Princeton's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Hall, their victory bumped their record up to 5-16.
Hall might still be hurting after the 12-2 defeat they got from Princeton when the teams last played back in May of 2025. Can the Red Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
